Today (Friday) the tuna finally came up to the mouth of the seaway round 4pm within range of the shore anglers. Also The 20m line was thick left and right despite an obnoxious northerly. The 25g [River2Sea searock] and 15g [Gillies Baitfish] slugs seem to be dominating over poppers / twisties / skirts.
Finally wanted to mention that juvenile Queenfish were busting up all the way from loders creek turnoff to mid seaway on my way out. All under 30cm and were taking anything 5->15g. Trebles were doing too much damage so moved on quickly.
