I’ve had a look at the trion rods, I don’t like them. Way too sloppy at the tip. The Starlo Classix rods in BCF impressed me though, especially the 721 2-4kg only about $80(on special at the moment so you should be able to get them cheaper), not too sloppy and they feel nice. I would go for them or one of the berkely IM6 dropshot rods over the trion rods.
